Scott Lesack, Environmental project manager of the company is in charge of improving the recycling methods of phone recycling and making them as green as possible.

Recycle Now are also keen on encouraging as many materials as possible, which is also a UK online charity who gives advice on what to recycle and where to recycle it. The website has all councils including Birmingham City Council registered with contact details and areas where you can find local recycle banks.
A Birmingham Mail article stated that: “the charity found that on average UK households have around three old, broken or unwanted small electrical goods at home.”
The article also said: “Last year 154 million small electrical products were purchased in the UK, which equates to around 551,000 tonnes in total, however, in the same period only 56,000 tonnes of small electrical items were recycled.”
Recycle now and Envriofone are looking to increase our household recycling percentage and get us to remove unwanted items as efficiently as possible. Recycling old gadgets must be the future!
