Friends of the Earth lead Birmingham 20mph residential movement
Friends of the earth, as well as certain MPs in the Birmingham area, are trying to have a blanket speed limit of 20 mph implimented in all residential areas. Watch the video to find out more information on the proposed move.

Good video, personally I do not think they should go ahead with this as it would take forever going from a to be. They should be more focussed on enforcing the 30mph limit as there are far too many people going above that
